Refund conditions
- Full refund within 7 days of payment if the activation code has not been activated on any device.
- Once the code has been activated: no refund, except when the product is defective and support cannot fix it.
How to request
Contact us through the channels on the Complaints page with your order code (if any) or activation code and the bank account for the refund.
Refund time
Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 business days after the request is accepted. The activation code of a refunded order is revoked.
